«Crazy days» will be held in Ekaterinburg

28 August

From 1 to 3, September international festival «Crazy days» will be held in Ekaterinburg. Crazy days is a Russian prototype of «La Folle Journee» festival, invented and produced by Rene Martin in 1995 and originally held in Nantes, France. For more than 20 years history the festival took place in Lisbon, Bilbao, Tokyo, Rio de Janeiro, and of all Russian cities only Ekaterinburg was honored to hold an event of such a high level.  This year the festival is called “The rhythms of the world” which has to do with a great diversity of styles, genres, cultures and historical periods, both in music and in dance, so musicians from 11 countries will present a specially prepared program. This year there will be 100 short but succinct performances held on 8 venues of Ekaterinburg city center, all of which are easy to reach. Specially for the guests of “Crazy days” Ekaterinburg city administration has equipped an open area close to the Youth theatre , which will welcome and entertain its visitors 3 days long absolutely free of charge.
